No Amazing Race for Tom & Jerry
I finally looked up the application and rules for the Amazing Race and as I had suspected it included one simple line that will keep us out of the running, "Must be a resident of the US". Oh, well. It was a long shot anyway.

Well, if you ever move back to the US while the show is still running maybe we'll have to reconsider.
